Is this contest open to any NBTA twirler? and if so, when is the registration deadline, and how would I register for it?

Yes it is open to all twirlers. The registration deadline is Feb. 20th, 2010. I can send you a brochure if you would like. Please let me know your address. Thanks, Ashley Clark
